Turbocharged IS 300 RWD

Touch the throttle and Lexus IS 300 RWD’s 2.0-litre twin-scroll turbocharged 4-cylinder puts 241 HP and 258 lb.-ft. of torque6 at your command, while the steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters invite you to take control. IS 300 AWD and 350 AWD add an extra dose of exhilaration with a 3.5-litre naturally aspirated V6 -- that generates 260 HP on IS 300 and 311 HP IS 350.

No matter what the road or the weather brings your way, IS’s advanced All Wheel Drive system is there to help maintain control. Depending on the situation, the system automatically allocates engine power between the front and rear axles to help you maintain superior traction without ever sacrificing drivability. Available on IS 300 and IS 350.

Drive Mode Select

Drive Mode Select lets you tune your ride to suit your mood or the moment with the simple turn of a dial. Choose ECO for increased fuel efficiency, Normal for an optimal balance of efficiency and performance, or Sport for added exhilaration. Lexus IS F SPORT  packages add to the adrenaline rush with Sport S/S+ modes that bring faster gear changes, and reduced body roll.

Performance-tuned Suspension

IS’s suspension systems are track tested on some of the world’s most iconic race tracks to ensure superior ride and handling, and elevate your connection to the road. Up front, the double wishbone is engineered for sway rigidity. The rear multi-link helps increase rear grip. IS 350 AWD F SPORT  Packages add Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) that adjusts the damping force of the shock absorbers in response to driver input and road conditions. All models are supported by Vehicle Dynamic Integrated Management (VDIM), that can take steps to help prevent a skid even before it occurs.

F Sport

Assert your presence and indulge your passion for performance with an F SPORT  package, available on all 2019 Lexus IS models. Exterior modifications include a distinct mesh grille, larger cooling ducts to help reduce brake fade, and exclusive 18” alloy wheels. Inside, you’ll find race-inspired touches like a 3-spoke F SPORT  steering wheel, drilled aluminum pedals, and sport seats specially designed to hold you in firm embrace.

Sporty IS Exterior

The 2019 IS channels its athletic prowess from every angle. The bold spindle grille is flanked by air intakes that clearly announce IS’ performance-focused intent. Auto-levelling LED headlamps fuse effortlessly into a character line that runs the length of the silhouette, imparting the impression of a vehicle in motion, even when standing still. IS 300 RWD and IS 300 AWD feature large 17” alloy wheels. While IS 350 AWD features 18” alloys, a dynamic “L-shaped” 3 LED headlamp design, and a power moonroof to let more of the world in on the ride.

Rear Passenger Comfort

Our most thrilling IS yet is also one of our most accommodating. Generous interior dimensions and uniquely shaped seat backs offer rear seat passengers plenty of room to relax, complete with amenities like a fold down centre armrest and multiple cup holders. Rear seats also split and fold (60:40) to give you the flexibility to take more of the things you’ll need at journey’s end.

Blackline Edition

Available exclusively on IS 300 AWD. This limited special edition adds a touch of menace to go with F SPORT  ’s unquestioned muscle with features including: 18” black chrome alloy wheels, triple LED headlamps, black rear lip spoiler, black wood heated steering wheel, black edition wood print trim, and red and black two-tone sport seats.

LFA-Inspired Instrumentation

On board, F SPORT  surrounds you with features that evoke anticipation of the driving experience, including an innovative Instrument Cluster with an adaptive tachometer first designed for the Lexus LFA supercar.
